Mr Ian Hill (Chairperson)
Mr Hill has had experience as a senior executive within the training sector, having previously held the position of Chief Executive, Department of Training. Mr Hill has played a leadership role at both state and national level in the development of the Vocational Education and Training System. Mr Hill is a strong advocate for the flexible delivery of education, life-long learning and global education and training.

Ms Lorraine Carter
Ms Carter has had extensive training experience at Big W and previously Woolworths. Ms Carter held the position of WA Human Resources Manager, Big W and as the HR Specialist was responsible for overseeing recruiting and training for Big W operations in Western Australia.

Ms Liz Harris
Managing Director, Challenger Institute of Technology. Ms Harris provides leadership in Strategic Planning, Policy development and resource allocation that is responsive to industry and community learning needs.

Mr Iain McDougall
General Manager, Hospitality Group Training (WA) Inc. Iain has been with Hospitality Group Training for fifteen years and oversees HGTs involvement in school based traineeships, work place based traineeships, on line training and skills recognition.

Dr Irene Ioannakis
Executive General Manager – Human Resources, WesTrac Pty Ltd and previously held the position of Managing Director, Caterpillar Institute. Dr Ioannakis was also a former Director, Safety, Education and Training at the Chamber of Minerals and Energy of WA. Dr Ioannakis has extensive training experience within the VET sector, the Chamber, and lecturer in training and development at Edith Cowan University.

Mr Jeffrey Gunningham
Mr Gunningham has an extensive background in vocational education and training at a senior executive level both in Australia and internationally. He has held a variety of senior positions in the sector over the last 20 years including Managing Director, Education and Training International, Chief Executive Officer, Central Gippsland Institution TAFE, and more recently Principal and Chief Executive of Swansea College, Wales, UK.

Miss Janelle Dawson
Managing Director/Principal, Sterling Business College Pty Ltd. Ms Dawson has a strong industry focus with over 25 years experience in the education and training sector. She has practical experience in the ownership and management of an RTO, with a detailed knowledge and understanding of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF).
