What is RTONet?

RTOs can view their details through the State Training and Recognition System (STARS) by accessing RTONet. RTONet is a direct link to all systems within the Department of Training and Workforce Development through one gateway that shows all your activities.

You can view your registration details with the Council including your contact details, scope of registration and delivery profile.

RTOs providing training services to apprentices and trainees can view individual training contract details and Private RTOs contracted to deliver vocational training can view and report against their contracts with the Department.

How do we get access to RTONet?

If you would like to apply for access to your organisation details, complete the RTONet Access Application Form and fax to (08) 6551 5307. On receipt of your application, you will be notified via email of your login and password to access RTONet

Can we use RTONet to change our details?

Training Organisations wishing to change their details for any of the following reasons can now do so through RTONet:

  • Organisation Name 
  • Ownership refer to Policy on Change of Legal Entity of an RTO
  • Responsible Person
  • Contact Person
  • Address/Telephone/Fax/E-mail/Web site

To make a request for updating details, log into RTONet and select My Details, then Change Request.

Please Note, that whilst any user can create and save a change to the RTOs details, only the Legally Responsible can submit the request to the Training Accreditation Council (TAC) for their consideration.
