How is my application processed?

The information provided by your organisation as part of your application will undergo a desktop review to determine that the requirements have been met. An auditor will also review your application prior to making an audit site visit.

The following flowchart details the application process for an application for initial registration. Application Process Flowchart - Initial and Renewal of Registration

To assist organisations prepare for the site audit, the Training Accreditation Council Secretariat has produced the following document Preparing for your Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) Audits

When does the Training Accreditation Council Consider Applications?

The Training Accreditation Council meets twice a month, and considers applications for registration and course accreditation at both of these meetings. Should you wish to have an application for registration or course accreditation considered, please make sure the Training Accreditation Council Secretariat receives your application 4 months in advance of your anticipated delivery date to allow enough time for review and processing.
