Client Qualifications Register (CQR)

The Client Qualifications Register (CQR) is no longer active.

CQR was a system for recording student achievements of nationally recognised training from RTOs that are registered by TAC.

From January 2010 until June 2017, TAC registered RTOs were required to submit information on student achievements to TAC via the CQR on a biannual basis.

With the introduction of Total VET Activity in 2015 this information is now captured when the RTO submits the information in line with the Australian Vocational Education and Training Management Information Statistical Standard (AVETMISS).

RTOs were required to provide data on achievements at the unit of competency and the qualification level as well as provide some minimal student information for identification purposes.

For information on requesting records from CQR refer to the following pages on the TAC Website:

Unique Student Identifier (USI) Transcript

Students that hold a Unique Student Identifier (USI) account can use their USI to access their national training record online in the form of a USI Transcript. The transcript should include details of all non-exempt nationally recognised training completed or commenced since 2015.

For further information about the USI Transcript please visit the USI Website.
