New Guidelines TAC have released documents providing guidelines on: *Protection of Fees Paid in Advance, AQTF Condition 5 *Certification – AQF Implementation Arrangements New national regulator for vocational education and training the Australian Skills Quality Council (ASQA) will be effective from 1 July 2011 – What does this mean for Western Australian RTOs. On 1 July 2011, new national arrangements will come into effect for the registration of training organisations (RTOs) delivering nationally recognised vocational education and training (VET). The National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 establishes a new national regulator to be known as the Australian Skills Quality Agency (ASQA).
